About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our AI & Automation team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing LLM-powered assistants, building agentic frameworks for document understanding, and driving automation for enterprise operations.
You will work on cutting-edge RAG-based systems, multi-modal agents (text, speech), and contribute to AI solutions that enable internal consultants, improve operational reporting, and streamline decision-making using OpenAI, LLaMA, and related models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy LLM-based assistants for internal document Q&A, log analysis, and report automation.
- Design agentic AI frameworks using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Optimise large language models using PEFT/LoRA for low-latency, resource-efficient inference.
- Develop multi-modal applications integrating speech-to-text and text-to-speech capabilities.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering strategies (e.g., CoT, ReAct, few-shot) for better reasoning and response generation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, language-specific, and accuracy requirements (e.g., multilingual support such as Arabic + English).
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of NLP and speech recognition technologies.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark will be an advantage.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI models.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in developing and deploying AI-driven applications, preferably in QA systems or similar domains, is a plus.
