Role purpose
We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to help Capco Continental Europe (CE) further develop and scale our AI delivery capability. This senior role combines hands-on technical depth with strong cloud architecture leadership, team leadership and client-facing advisory skills in regulated financial services environments.
What you’ll bring
Technical depth & delivery expertise
- Deep expertise in building production grade agentic applications, including design patterns for orchestration, tool use, evaluation, observability, and safe operation in real-world environments.
- Strong architecture skills for designing scalable, cloud-based solutions that run reliably in financial services / corporate environments, including security, compliance, resilience, and operational excellence.
- Hands-on software engineering capability, with a proven track record as a software engineer (e.g., designing, building, shipping, and operating systems in production).
- Deep expertise applying AI across the SDLC, from ideation and prototyping through engineering, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in operations.
Leadership & stakeholder management
- Team leadership experience, including building, coaching, and running teams of talented software engineers and AI engineers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage CIOs/CTOs and translate complex technical topics into clear, outcome-driven narratives for C-level audiences.
- Strong judgement and pragmatism: ability to balance innovation with what is safe, feasible, and valuable in production and regulated settings.
What you will do
- Expand and manage Capco CE’s AI delivery capability, improving how we deliver AI solutions at scale across Continental Europe.
- Lead and support client engagements, acting as engagement lead and providing hands-on guidance to delivery teams on the ground.
- Support the sales process, contributing thought leadership, shaping proposals, and participating in client discussions to define viable AI solutions and delivery approaches.
- Drive innovation, delivering demonstrators, accelerators, and reusable assets in collaboration with Capco’s internal AI workforce.
- Partner closely with the CE AI Lab, ensuring knowledge, experience, standards, and innovation are embedded into the AI delivery organization and consistently applied across projects.
