Job DescriptionWhat Will You Do?
Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies, leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) to enable meaningful transformation.
Bridge AI and Business – Define AI-powered banking solutions that align technology advancements with customer needs and business objectives.
Guide C-Level Stakeholders – Establish strong relationships with senior banking executives, guiding them through AI adoption, regulatory considerations, and value-driven implementations.
Own the AI Product Vision – Drive the end-to-end development of GenAI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML experts, and business leaders.
Define Roadmaps & Execution Strategies – Oversee project scopes, planning, and execution, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable impact.
Deliver AI & Data Solutions – Support data visualization, model development, and AI application rollouts, ensuring seamless integration into banking ecosystems.
Enhance Hiflylabs' AI Offerings – Lead research and strategy development for new GenAI solutions in financial services, contributing to go-to-market strategies.
What You Need to Apply:
4-5 years of experience in AI-driven product management or consulting.
Expertise in AI & data analytics, with experience deploying Generative AI solutions.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered opportunities.
Advanced presentation and storytelling skills for AI solutions.
Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
High adaptability, proactive mindset, and a passion for AI innovation.
Nice to Have:
Experience at Big 4 consulting firms or as a strategic advisor in financial services.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
