Job Description

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through digital business and engineering transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams to lead the planning, estimation, and successful delivery of projects and programs. This is an opportunity to impact business outcomes through strategic partnerships, technical leadership, and Agile methodologies.

Your Impact: 

• Serve as the technical product point of contact for your assigned delivery team, ensuring clarity on priorities and progress.
• Drive the technical delivery of use cases, decommissioning, and migration efforts, adhering to timelines and commitments.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless development, delivery, and adoption of modern technologies.
• Work with business product owners, engineering leads, and technical stakeholders to advance project deliverables, meeting business objectives and goals.
• Assess business value to prioritize the highest-value use cases, aligning technical delivery with strategic business needs.
• Foster continuous feedback loops to ensure teams remain focused on customer-centric outcomes and high-impact solutions.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as product backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and high-level release planning.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience: 

• +5 years of experience in project management
• At least 2 years of experience delivering software products within Agile delivery teams and a formal Agile delivery program.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and gain technical proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources to inform decisions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and emerging challenges.

• Scrum Product or SAFe Certifications
• Relevant experience at a digital/technology agency or consultancy leading cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
