As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator you will build and maintain profitable relationships with affiliates and influencers. You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set, a creative thinker, and enjoy employing this to a challenging and rewarding market. 

This role is an exciting opportunity for you to help develop and grow our successful affiliate program, learn about the video games industry and build a career in digital marketing and online partnerships.

You Will…

You will be part of dynamic and high performing marketing team, contributing to:

  • Implementing the affiliate marketing strategy for the business, aligned with Company objectives;
  • Coordinating the affiliate partnership programs, negotiating performance and exposure with existing partners and continually reviewing commercial performance and profitability;
  • Maintaining affiliate network relationships and partnerships;
  • Sourcing new affiliate opportunities and convert them into active partnerships;
  • Optimizing the existing database while building strong relationships with affiliate partners to gain extra leverage;
  • Outbound communication on all affiliate relevant deals and promotions;
  • Performance reporting and analysis;
  • Promotional campaign execution, aligned with the wider marketing and product teams to drive new customer acquisition;
  • Coordinate operational functions such as transaction validations, fraud management, program invoicing and affiliate payment processes;
  • Occasional travel to our Rugeley HQ and client meetings when required.

You Have...

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar professional qualification in marketing or a related field
  • Account management or client facing experience
  • 2+ year's experience of working in e-commerce or a digital marketing role
  • Ability to be a confident negotiator
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • A mindset for data and how to use it to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or MS office applications, (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the gaming industry or a deep knowledge of video games
