Senior Advisory Consultant, Treasury
Location:
- Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
- Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
- Travel Expectations: Up to 20%

What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside a team of Treasury experts to advise global companies on their Treasury function, including: designing and selecting treasury technology, assessing bank relationships and services, improving liquidity utilization, developing policies and controls, and identifying tech agnostic process improvement recommendations
- Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people
- Perform primary research to map processes, uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems
- Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Cultivate client relationships through delivery excellence
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of relevant treasury experience working as a consultant or corporate practitioner
- Functional understanding of treasury management systems (TMS), such as: Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS Integrity/Quantum, SAP TRM, etc.
- Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- Prior client-facing consulting experience
- Knowledge of various treasury instruments, financial institution services, and financial products
- Functional understanding of treasury best practices across bank relationship management, cash and liquidity forecasting, accounting and reconciliation, and system optimizations
