As a Senior Consultant - Internal Audit, you will :

  • Carry out and manage assigned mandates according to budgets and schedules
  • Support and advise clients on internal audit matters  
  • Prepare or coordinate the preparation of documents and reports to be submitted to clients, ensuring compliance with the firm's quality standards and submit them to your superior for approval.
  • Assist and advise clients on internal audit matters, in order to assess the maturity of existing systems, identify areas of risk, and implement action plans.
  • Be autonomous in your field of expertise in carrying out the mandate
  • Assist clients in strengthening their internal control systems (risk mapping, assistance in drawing up control plans, implementation of test plans, training, etc.).
  • Write, revise and prepare presentations of customer service offers, and documents relevant experience. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members of the business community and the firm to identify business opportunities for RCGT.
  • Ensure that you know and apply the firm's administrative and ethical rules
  • Familiarize yourself with the firm's service offering by participating in various internal activities.

  • Undergraduate or graduate university degree in field of expertise
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience (3 to 5 years) 
  • CPA or CIA professional designation
  • Experience in engineering, construction, project management or manufacturing (asset)
  • Experience in finance for a public company (FP&A, Consolidation, Reporting) (asset)
  • Experience in IT auditing (asset)
  • Oral and written bilingualism (English and French)
  • Intermediate / advanced Excel level. Ability to manipulate data to create dashboards. 
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and other specialized software.
  • Writing skills
  • Willingness to travel in Quebec and internationally
  • Access to a vehicle (asset)
