Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a leading global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.

Kleinanzeigen is part of Adevinta: a global online classifieds specialist and sustainability leader with 25+ products in 10 countries.

• Drive the audience data monetization roadmap, from strategy to commercial rollout

• Drive business development for data revenue streams, including data cooperations, 2nd-party partnerships, DSP integrations, and direct data monetization opportunities (e.g. Data Pure deals)

• Collaborate with CDP, Sales, Product, and Legal to create privacy-safe, scalable data products

• Develop industry-relevant audience segments and taxonomies based on user behavior

• Support Sales with enablement, training, and direct client engagements

• Monitor performance of data products and optimize based on ROI and market feedback

• Advocate for data-driven advertising across Kleinanzeigen and the broader marke

• 4+ years in digital advertising, audience data strategy, or AdTech

• Proven track record in data commercialization, CDP activation, and segment monetization

• Deep understanding of GDPR, consent frameworks, and privacy-safe advertising

• Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems and audience targeting tools

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional settings

• Strong communicator across technical and commercial domains

• Fluent in English; fluency in German is a strong plus.

• Passion for driving change in the advertising industry towards more sustainable, ethical, and responsible practices.
