Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the position of Senior Advertising Account Manager. As a key member of our Global Business Team, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting market research, and developing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will have strong client facing skills, excellent account management abilities, and a deep understanding of market research.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through effective account management
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Global Business Team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
- Strong client facing skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in our amazing Sunnyvale office
