Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React, Angular, or Vue.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, UX, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following MAS Global engineering standards.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and propose scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack and optimize performance when needed.
- Ensure alignment with best practices, security guidelines, and project requirements.

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, working on large-scale, enterprise-level applications.
- Java (backend development: APIs, microservices, enterprise systems).
- Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue
