Senior Adtech Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior AdTech Manager to join the Advertising Operations team at Adevinta Motor. This role will act as the link between Tech and Business, ensuring our advertising platforms and tools are scalable, reliable, and enable revenue growth.

You will manage projects across our AdTech stack (Google Ad Manager, Advendio, Xandr/AppNexus, DMP/CDP, Data Clean Rooms), support Sales and Operations teams, and ensure smooth integration with CRM and other business tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams, translating business needs into AdTech solutions.

• Manage and improve our advertising platforms and booking tools (Google Ad Manager, Advendio, Xandr/AppNexus).

• Support audience management and segmentation through DMPs/CDPs (Segment, Adobe, etc.) and Data Clean Rooms.

• Oversee project delivery for AdTech initiatives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and best practices.

• Provide functional support to Sales/Operations (incident resolution, user support, training).

• Monitor platforms’ performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvements.

• Keep updated with industry trends to recommend new functionalities and innovations.
   

Requirements

• Strong experience with AdTech platforms (Google Ad Manager essential; Advendio, Xandr/AppNexus, DMP/CDP experience highly valued).

• Proven background in project management / product operations within advertising or digital platforms.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with tech, sales, and operations teams.

• Fluency in Spanish and good English communication skills.

• Based in Madrid or Barcelona (hybrid).
