Your Opportunity:
The Senior Administrative Business Partner is allocated to support one or more of the following positions: Business Unit Heads within Access Solutions and/or the Patient Experience Leads and their respective program teams. The Senior Administrative Business Partner acts as the departmental "go-to person" for general operational and administrative questions or other inquiries.
Key Accountabilities:
Proactively supports the assigned team with administrative and operational activities such as meeting coordination, information gathering, document formatting, presentation preparation, and communication with other GNE groups.
Ensures the team has the most current office equipment and materials, and streamlines administrative and operational burdens from managers and team members.
Responsible for training new team members on company processes, systems, practices, tools, and standards, and for maintaining an accurate departmental roster.
Coordinates departmental recruitment activities, office moves, team meetings, event planning, travel arrangements; supports ongoing management and communication with external vendors.
Handles sensitive/confidential information with discretion, interacts professionally with other administrative professionals across CMG and the organization, complies with all relevant laws and policies, and engages in business travel as needed.
Who you are:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5+ years of experience as a senior-level administrative assistant, ideally in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, able to manage tight deadlines and multi-task effectively.
Experience training staff in company systems and managing confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an aptitude for learning GNE-specific systems.
Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, and the Google Docs Editors suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) for effective communication, collaboration, and content creation.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Portland is $35 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
