1 - First ShiftJob Summary
Are you the type of person who enjoys a fast paced yet detail driven mix of responsibilities? In this role you will execute core administrative responsibilities. We’re looking for a team member who will demonstrate strong communication, organizational and relational skills.What You’ll Do
1. Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, managing and prioritizing senior leaders’ complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts; coordinating travel plans; completing expense reports; stocking office supplies; facilitate office moves with layout and organization.
2. Lead special projects as assigned.
3. Assist with scheduling and various projects including creating letters, reports, business correspondence, team minutes, standard work, presentations, and analysis. This also includes the process to review and coordinate weekly agenda and action plans, meetings, and other communications.
4. Manage department specific programs, as well as department and/or company events.
5. Serve as facility liaison. Drive 5S in both physical and digital spaces.
6. Support effective and organized team use of technology.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma with a minimum of three years’ previous job experience required.
- Associates' degree in business management preferred.
- Excellent knowledge, with proven proficiency, of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to autonomously prioritize assignments, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary, and multi-task throughout each day.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Demonstration of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects.
Travel
- Occasional travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
