About the Department/Team:
The Global Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk (LCAR) team plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of Invesco’s operations worldwide. Working with senior leaders and professionals across multiple offices and geographies, the department is responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. About the Role:
Based in Atlanta, this role provides administrative support to LCAR CAO, to Legal Department colleagues, and to other key support colleagues as determined from time to time. This role also provides general administrative office support for the LCAR Department in Invesco’s Atlanta Office, as directed.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the LCAR CAO, Corporate Litigation Paralegal Team Manager, senior Legal leaders, and other designated stakeholders.
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, travel, and conference calls.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including visitor logistics, conference room bookings, IT/audio-visual needs, and catering.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare/manage expense reimbursement reports.
- Maintain electronic and physical files, including oversight of third‑party storage vendors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute agendas, presentations, and meeting-related materials.
- Establish purchase orders and process invoices, including third‑party legal bills, in accordance with company systems and procedures.
- Support document execution through DocuSign, notarize company documents, and obtain Apostilles as required.
- Provide backup administrative support, assist with special projects and initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance leader and team support.
Requirements for the Role:
- 7+ years of administrative or professional office experience.
- Familiarity with the investment management industry is a plus but is not required.
- Familiarity with a variety of legal concepts, practices and procedures preferred but is not required.
- Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate leaders’ needs, work with minimal direction, and follow up proactively.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize effectively and perform well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Expert-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SharePoint experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively while maintaining a strong, customer service–oriented mindset.
