This Role:
As a Senior Administrative Assistant in Human Resources, you will work with internal teams to identify solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will have extraordinary organizational skills; excellent interpersonal communication, including one-on-one and in group settings, and strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct New Hire Orientation on a rotating basis with other HR staff
- Respond to employee questions as they relate to orientation, benefits and employment
- Ensure Beneficiary forms are completed for Life insurance and the 401k plan
- Create and distribute terminations letters and unemployment forms as appropriate
- Scan and process new hire employee files
- Assist HR team with administrative duties as needed
- Assist with creating bi-monthly employee newsletter
- Research and order employee event items as needed
- Create forms and correspondence and file as needed

Required:
- Ability to handle information discreetly and confidentially
- Prior word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred:
- Two to three years related experience
