Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping and support staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of office premises.

  • Manage office properties and ensure proper maintenance and upkeep.

  • Conduct regular inspections of company premises to ensure safety and operational readiness.

  • Coordinate and monitor daily tasks of support staff for efficient service delivery.

  • Oversee facilities and amenities provided to employees and ensure they are functional and well maintained.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support and assist in resolving administrative issues.

  • Maintain accurate administrative records in coordination with the Finance department.

  • Organize and manage office files, records, and documentation for easy access.

  • Monitor office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.

  • Record, track, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance and repair issues, and report status updates to the reporting manager.
     

Job Requirement

  • 3+ years of relevant experience   

  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

  • Good communication skills
