  • Report directly to VP in charge, collaborate effectively with multiple disciplines within
  • finance department;

  • Review payment package for compliance and finance control purpose;
  • Lead the monthly close process, which includes recording and reviewing journal
  • entries; preparing and reviewing account reconciliations;

  • Review and maintain general ledger, various sub-ledgers of project an corporate
  • entities;

  • Prepare monthly financial statement such as balance sheet and P&L, and investigating
  • fluctuations as well as preparing financial and management reports;

  • Coordinate audit requests including preparation of supporting reports and
  • documentation and explanation;

  • Coordinate tax reporting with outside consult requests including preparation of
  • supporting reports and documentation;

  • Review and summarize company and real estate project actual vs budget based on the
  • monthly financial and project plan;

  • Review financial data/documentation for regulatory purpose prior to sending to 3rd
  • party/government;

  • Research and resolve accounting standard issue;
  • Work on Ad-hoc financial reports as necessary.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor or Graduate degree in Accounting or related major
  • 5+ years accounting experience;
  • Real Estate accounting and/or CPA firm experience preferred
  • CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Written and oral proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
