  • Support audit readiness efforts, including preparing reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation; ensure financial records and workpapers are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit requests
  • Assist in implementing audit recommendations and improving controls
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows
  • Help scale accounting infrastructure and systems as the company grows
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP (and exposure to international accounting is a plus)
  • Proven experience managing month-end close in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with AP, AR, and general ledger accounting
  • Experience working with international subsidiaries (India experience a plus, not required)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Experience with ERP and spend-management systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, Brex, and Ramp) preferred
