About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Finance team, which manages the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The team ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulations and accounting standards while analyzing financial data. The goal is to provide stakeholders with timely and reliable financial information for educated decision-making. What you’ll be working on:

• Execute finance operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, such as verifying expense claims, processing payments, and issuing invoices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage tax compliance and audit processes, ensuring adherence to internal control procedures and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee the processing of supplier invoices and employee reimbursements, and manage cash and bank balances.
• Provide accounting and financial support to both local and overseas offices.
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Over 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of Company Law and Tax Law.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
