Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst

Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will focus primarily on supporting financial planning and analysis for Enformion’s products and operations. Additionally, a significant component of the position will be hands on with accounting functions through month and year end close, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable and the revenue process, bank reconciliations and general ledger review for multiple QuickBooks files.
Base Salary
$85K-$100K
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop company and department budgets and forecasts through collaboration with key stakeholders
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Technology and Business Development teams to provide financial recommendations
- Develop and deliver financial analyses supporting various business initiatives
- Assist controller with management of daily financial operations of the accounting department for multiple companies including:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Cash Receipts and Bank reconciliations
- Payroll reporting
- Capital Assets reporting
- Intercompany reconciliations/consolidations
- Manage and analyze accounting data and assist in producing produce financial statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods and policies, and maintain fiscal files and documentation
- Improve systems and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to manage full cycle planning and budgeting processes
- QuickBooks (Desktop), PowerBI, and MS Office: advanced Excel and financial presentation skills
- Strong communication, discipline, uncompromising integrity, and a detail oriented professional
- A rational, assertive and confident individual who can speak his/her mind and articulate business issues/recommendations
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP
- Ability to thrive in a small company environment
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA license/experience a plus
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience: ideally a mix of both public accounting, industry accounting, and financial analysis
