Your Role

The Senior Accountant will manage key accounting, reconciliation, closing, compliance support, audit, and reporting activities, while reviewing work of junior team members and supporting the Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts.

To be eligible for this position, you must be able to work from our Gurugram office immediately and be an immediate joiner. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accounting & Closing : Manage GL, AP, accruals, prepayments, provisions, and fixed assets; prepare and review month-end entries, reconciliations, and MIS schedules.
  • Reconciliations & Controls : Review bank, vendor, interbranch transfer, tax, fixed asset, and balance sheet reconciliations. Support payment processing and vendor reconciliations.
  • Tax & Compliance : Manage ISD and cross‑charge accounting; coordinate with tax consultants for reconciliations, statutory dues, and timely filing of GST, TDS, advance tax, and other regulatory returns.
  • Audit & Reporting : Prepare schedules and documentation for audits; support closure of queries and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Review & Coordination : Review junior accountants’ work, provide guidance, and act as escalation point for operational issues; contribute to process improvements and controls.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
  • 4-5 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, closing, reconciliations, GST, TDS, audit, Excel, and ERP systems.

Working Conditions, Locations and Hours

  • Full-time office-based role, at our Gurugram office

  • The working day is 8 hours, and the working week is 40 hours.

  • 60-day notice period for resignation after the trial period

  • Working exclusively for Extreme Infocom Pvt. Ltd. and not for any other companies
