Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of CR&R’s financial reporting. This role supports month-end close, financial analysis, and compliance while partnering closely with leadership and operational teams.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Partner with operations and leadership to support business decisions
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
