Primary Function:
The candidate will be responsible for US benefit feed audits. Working closely with the US benefit teams for Health and Welfare, 401K, Deferred Compensation, and H.S.A payroll deductions and adjustments for US entities. In addition, audit and compare the biweekly payroll system audit reporting validations. Be a large part of the payroll year-end processes. Will work with cross-geo team members in a collaborative environment to ensure timely and accurate pay. This position may be a contributing member of several process improvement projects.
Competency Level:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in any business or accounting-related course.
- 3-5 years of progressive working experience in reporting, data reconciliation, and payroll processing.
- Minimum payroll experience (US payroll a plus)
- SAP Payroll or ADP GlobalView experience required. Knowledge of Workday, Dimensions, and/or Kronos is a plus.
- Skilled in MS Excel – pivots, v-lookups & formulas required. Macros a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks to completion.
- Solutions-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to “think outside of the box” and identify methods of streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pre and post payroll validations
- Review, validate, and reconcile
- Contact/Respond to employee inquiries via Service Now Ticketing system, email within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with upstream partners on projects
- Handle special projects as needed
- End-to-end testing on new processes or payroll computations
- In-depth review of benefit deductions and taxation
