About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Senior Accountant who can quickly integrate into our team and provide hands-on support across accounting, finance, and operational workflows. This role requires a versatile operator who excels in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can deliver strong outcomes independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance support
- Manage daily and month-end tasks, including AP, AR, payroll coordination, and expense management.
- Maintain accurate financial records with timely reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and budgeting inputs.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for tax, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Provide accounting and operational support for international entities.
Operational & administrative projects
- Provide cross-functional support across HR, legal, procurement, IT, and facilities.
- Evaluate and improve workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Lead or support special projects, including tool and system implementations.
- Develop, refine, and maintain SOPs and internal documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and vendors.
Cross-functional problem-solving
- Own undefined or emerging problems and drive them to resolution.
- Serve as a liaison across teams to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum.
- Identify operational gaps and propose solutions to streamline processes.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or similar generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis.
- Experience with project management tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience (preferred).
- CPA or equivalent (preferred)
