ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties Will Include (but not limited to):- Month-end and quarter-end close
- Flux/variance analysis
- Prepaid insurance reconciliation and amortization
- Compensation liability tracking, accruals, waterfall modeling and reconciliation
- Short-term liability accrual and reconciliation
- Payroll journals and accruals
- Research and study accruals
- Equity transactions
- Ad hoc requests
- Bachelor's degree or greater with accounting or finance focus
- 3+ years accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Advanced knowledge of professional accounting software (Great Plains & QuickBooks preferred)
- Solid business experience and strategic knowledge
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite
- Highly skilled in bookkeeping
- Excellent financial and analytical abilities
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Power BI experience a plus
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or greater with an accounting or finance focus
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Advanced knowledge of professional accounting software
- Great Plains and QuickBooks experience
- Solid business experience and strategic knowledge
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Strong bookkeeping skills
- Excellent financial and analytical abilities
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- CPA certification
- Power BI experience
- Ability to work onsite three days per week near Aliso Viejo, California
