Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of data and data processing of accounting and bookkeeping records.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end consolidated financial statements, as well as standalone financial statements of the company.
- Collaborate closely and coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors.
- Perform revenue and costs analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Execute and record payments and bank transactions, ensuring accurate reflection in the accounting records.
- Reconcile client funds and ensure proper tracking of balances.
- Prepare daily balances reports for all bank accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations and principles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records information.
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- ACA/ACCA qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Previous experience in Financial/ Banking/ FX industry will be considered an advantage.
- IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and management skills and ability to lead a team.
- Attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and tight deadline-driven environment.
