Senior Accountant – Corporate Accounting
Arclin has an immediate full-time opening for a Senior Accountant. This role will be a hybrid role (minimum of 2 days in office), located through our Corporate Office which is located in the North Metro Atlanta Area (Alpharetta, GA).

About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Accounting, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in the month-end close process and general ledger management. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

What You’ll Be Doing
Financial Close & General Accounting
- Prepare and record journal entries and accruals in line with US GAAP as well as the Company’s internal policies and internal control framework
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Perform account reconciliations and follow up on variances and open items
- Analyze financial results and dig into variances to understand key drivers
- Help ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist with internal and external financial reporting
- Compile and analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Respond to ad hoc requests from management
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes
- Leverage AI and process automation to drive efficiency
- Support system enhancements and integration efforts with new tools and ERPs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience (public accounting and/or industry)
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and US GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE is a plus) and Blackline
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Exposure to or interest in AI tools (e.g., Copilot) preferred

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2-5+ years of relevant accounting experience in public accounting and/or industry
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and US GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems and BlackLine
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
- CPA or CPA candidacy
- Exposure to or interest in AI tools such as Copilot
