Job DescriptionAs a Senior Accounting professional, you'll lead complex accounting activities and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information across client portfolios. You'll be responsible for reviewing financial reports, resolving technical accounting matters, and supporting high-quality client service delivery. The role requires strong expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax, and reconciliations, along with the ability to mentor team members and drive process improvements. You'll collaborate with clients, auditors, and cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and business requirements. Success in this position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- You'll Lead Complex Accounting & Financial Reporting Activities by reviewing bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements, tax/VAT computations, and management company accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- You'll Review and Enhance Team Deliverables by performing technical reviews, providing guidance to team members, tracking review points, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- You'll Manage Client, Audit & Regulatory Requirements by coordinating deadlines, addressing audit queries, liaising with auditors, and ensuring timely compliance with accounting and regulatory reporting obligations.
- You'll Provide Technical Expertise & Stakeholder Support by resolving complex accounting issues, advising on financial planning scenarios, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- You'll Drive Process Improvements & Team Development by mentoring junior team members, identifying operational efficiencies, leading improvement initiatives, and promoting best practices across the function.

- You hold an MBA and are a Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA/CMA with strong accounting and financial reporting expertise.
- You possess extensive experience in corporate accounting, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, tax compliance, general ledger reconciliations, and management company accounting.
- You have strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience applying accounting standards to complex financial reporting requirements.
- You are proficient in accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, and other finance-related tools and applications.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to teams.
