Job DescriptionAs a Client Implementation professional, you'll play a key role in onboarding new clients and managing business transitions into the Shared Services environment. You'll work closely with country clusters, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless client migrations, successful system implementations, and high-quality service delivery. The role focuses on data migration, fund accounting system configuration, process optimization, and client relationship management. You'll be responsible for driving projects from planning through go-live while ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong Real Estate Fund Administration knowledge, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
What You'll Do
- You'll Lead Client Onboarding & Implementation Projects by planning, coordinating, and executing new client transitions into the Shared Services environment while ensuring quality and service commitments are met.
- You'll Manage Data Migration & Yardi Configuration by extracting, transforming, validating, and migrating fund accounting data, configuring fund structures, investor records, and reporting requirements within Yardi.
- You'll Collaborate with Clients & Stakeholders by acting as the liaison between Front Office, Country Clusters, Project Teams, and Shared Services to ensure smooth onboarding and successful go-live execution.
- You'll Drive Process Improvement & Service Excellence by developing onboarding frameworks, optimizing operational processes, documenting procedures, and establishing scalable best practices.
- You'll Ensure Compliance, Risk Management & Knowledge Transfer by performing due diligence, meeting regulatory requirements, documenting client-specific processes, and delivering structured training to BAU teams.

- You hold a Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification being highly desirable.
- You possess 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, client onboarding, data migration, capital markets, or Real Estate Fund Administration.
- You have hands-on experience with accounting platforms such as Yardi and strong knowledge of investor-level transactions, fund structures, and migration projects.
- You demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- You have a solid understanding of regulatory compliance, KYC/AML requirements, fund administration processes, and global reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions.

Skills Required
