LifeShare Network is looking for a Senior Accountant/Analyst to join our Finance team. In this key role, you'll help ensure the financial integrity of our organization while providing meaningful analysis that supports strategic decision-making. From managing complex accounting processes and financial reporting to forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement, your work will directly support our mission of saving lives through organ and tissue donation.

What You'll Do
As the Senior Accountant/Analyst, you will play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting organizational planning, and improving financial processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including complex journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Performing budget-to-actual variance analysis and identifying key financial trends.
- Assisting with annual budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial modeling.
- Supporting Medicare cost reporting and governmental audit preparation.
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and organizational accounting policies.
- Assisting with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and schedules.
- Maintaining components of the general ledger, chart of accounts, fixed assets, inventory, banking, and related financial systems.
- Developing pro forma financial models and scenario analyses to support organizational initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting efficiency.
- Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
- Collaborating with leaders across the organization to provide financial insight and support informed decision-making.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced accounting professional who is equally comfortable diving into financial details and communicating the bigger picture.
You should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- Three to five years of accounting experience, including financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Experience performing financial analysis, including budget-to-actual variance and trend analysis.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience creating financial forecasts and complex financial models.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with financial accounting or ERP/general ledger software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Healthcare accounting experience is preferred but not required.

Additional Information
- Full-time position based in Oklahoma City.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during month-end close, audits, or special projects.
- This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Hybrid Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of two (2) in-office days each week. Employees may choose to work additional days in the office, and occasional additional in-person attendance may be required to support meetings, training, collaboration, or other organizational needs.
