Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project workflows with a focus on campaign localization and transcreation
Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with clients, ensuring all brand requirements are addressed in every deliverable
Supervise and coordinate daily follow-ups with internal teams (Production, Creative, Planning) to guarantee clear, timely handoffs
Ensure accurate and on-time asset delivery from third-party partners (vendors, photographers, post houses)
- Maintain ongoing communication with the local media agency to align creative and media strategies
Establish and enforce process discipline, adapting quickly to new tools, workflows, and multichannel requirements
Anticipate potential issues in daily tasks and proactively resolve them using critical thinking, common sense, and past experience
Own the bidding process, budget tracking, and purchase-order control, ensuring financial accountability and on-time PO issuance
Monitor the competitive landscape and contribute actionable insights to inform campaign strategies
Provide coaching and performance guidance to build a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Foster a proactive attitude and support continuous growth within regional and cross-border teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
Proven experience in account or project management within creative agencies handling global brands
Demonstrated expertise in campaign localization and transcreation
Strong knowledge of visual and print production processes (timings, formats, specifications)
Experience managing digital campaigns and working with regional or cross-border teams
Highly organized, process-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Mac platforms (Keynote, Numbers, Pages, iOS) and Microsoft Office 365
SIAP management experience is a plus
