Senior Account Manager
Location – US remote
MEDiSTRAVA, the specialized services team within Inizio Medical, brings together best-in-class expertise from across medical affairs, market access, patient engagement, digital innovation and analytics, real world evidence generation and HEOR, and corporate communications to provide fully integrated strategic support for our biopharma partners from start-up to commercialization and beyond.
Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Medical Analytics and Innovation team at MEDiSTRAVA.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager for our Medical Analytics and Innovation team within MEDiSTRAVA, you will primarily be responsible for the overall project and client management of our Real World Insights (Hyperlocal iNSIGHTS, Congress iNSIGHTS, Congress iMPACT) projects, which are unbranded landscape-oriented virtual meetings in peer-to-peer format that provide undisclosed insights from key HCP demographics. You will be the primary liaison for clients and KOLs, ensuring excellent relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering to the highest standards.
However you will also be available to manage a variety of data, insights, technology, strategy, and AI projects where you will ultimately be the project hub, responsible for the logistical and financial set up and project health, client coordination and communication. You will also be the big picture thinker that can connect the dots across projects and understand what future services are best suited for each client and situation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related field required, advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MBA) preferred
- Extensive experience in third party programming (eg, Real World Insights projects) including KOL/HCP communication and coordination
- Proven experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment
- Excellent project management skills and confidence leading client-facing initiatives
- Financial acumen with budgeting experience
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
