We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with sport in their DNA — someone who doesn’t just watch the game, but understands its heartbeat. If you live and breathe sport, the type who debates team form before sunrise, tracks every trade whisper, reads the injury lists like gospel, and can feel a momentum shift before the commentators call it… this is your arena.

From blockbuster finals to grassroots rivalries, you know the codes, the athletes, the culture and the fans. Whether it’s AFL, NRL, cricket, football, motorsport, basketball or beyond, sport isn’t just content — it shapes your weekends, your conversations and your passions. In this role, you’ll bring that energy to life through creative campaigns that connect audiences to the moments that matter.

You’ll manage major creative workstreams, champion best-in-class delivery and play a key role on one of our largest clients in Australia. You’ll tap into the pulse of Australian sport and entertainment, transforming insight into storytelling, hype into engagement, and passion into powerful brand experiences.

What your day-to-day might look like

  • Owning and managing complex project timelines with confidence and clarity
  • Building trusted relationships with our clients, understanding their business and championing their needs
  • Briefing internal creative, design, strategy and production teams to set them up for success
  • Ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, on-brief and on-point
  • Bringing a calm, solutions-focused presence to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Using your knowledge of the Australian sport landscape to help shape relevant, fan-first work

To thrive in this role, you’ll need

  • 3+ years of advertising agency experience in account management and/or production
  • Experience managing multiple creative and campaign workstreams across cross-functional teams
  • Genuine passion for sport — an understanding of Australia’s major codes, competitions, teams and fan culture
  • A flexible, proactive attitude — comfortable working remotely, in-office or on client site as required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops, shoots or key project moments
  • High standards, strong organisation and a sense of humour (we value all three equally)
