Senior Account Manager: Coordinates with clients and internal team in the management of campaigns and the coordination of associated work.

  1. Onboard new clients
  2. Serve as point of contact for client accounts
  3. Serve as project manager for client projects
  4. Assist in the development of strategic plans, and assign 30/60/90 strategies using project management platform
  5. Manage review curation campaigns
  6. Assist with monthly reporting
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualities the ideal candidate will possess in this position are:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency setting
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to change and be outspoken about what could make internal processes better and marketing approaches for clientele better
  • Interested in client-facing and able to handle tough conversations
  • Overall proactiveness with having a positive impact on anything that they’re working on
  • Tech-savvy
  • Confident, goal-oriented
  • Great verbal and written communication
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree 

This is a salaried position with benefits such as PTO and Health Insurance and 401k. The range for this position is between $75,000 and $87,500 commensurate with experience.
