About The Role
Capital V seeks a high-initiative Senior Account Manager to serve as the operational and strategic anchor for high-profile clients in Financial Technology (Fintech), Property Technology (Proptech), and Artificial Intelligence (AI.) You’ll work directly with senior leadership, craft CEO-level messaging, secure top-tier media placements, and own outcomes with uncommon autonomy.
You’ll lead at the intersection of strategic counsel and hands-on execution—advising visionary founders on positioning in competitive markets, while leveraging your existing relationships to land coverage in the top tier of business and tech media. You'll shape communications strategies for high-growth clients, mentor rising talent, and contribute to shaping the firm’s growth. This role exists for those ready to accelerate past traditional agency hierarchies.
What You'll Own
Strategy & Advisory: Lead 2-3 key accounts—developing messaging, crisis plans, and thought leadership campaigns that meet board-level standards.
Media Relations: Secure placements in Bloomberg, WSJ, TechCrunch (not just drafting pitches—closing them). Own relationships with editors and reporters.
Client Management: Act as the day-to-day lead for Founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs, anticipating needs before they arise with tactful precision.
Special Projects: Craft investor decks, op-eds, and rapid-response press for fundraises/launches.
