As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering strong customer relationships to support long-term business success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build trusted customer relationships, understand customer needs, and position appropriate Honeywell solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, resolve customer issues, and support a seamless customer experience.
  • Use CRM and sales analytics tools to manage pipeline, forecast activity, and support account planning.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive activity to inform account strategy and business growth.
  • Negotiate customer agreements and close new opportunities in alignment with Honeywell business objectives.
Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in account management, strategic sales, or business development within a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and achieving sales or revenue-growth objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of account planning, customer relationship management, and sales strategies.
