Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of Honeywell Building Management System BMS across Egypt & Libya.
- Lead commercial activities through a network of partners through strong reach to the market stakeholders and decision makers from end users, consultants & contractors.
- Drive sustainable business growth with the partners according to the 1BA STRAP approach.
- Proactively monitor sales performance, negotiate contracts, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue in alignment with predefined business targets.
- Conduct competitive analysis and coordinate responsive strategies in collaboration with the Africa Business Leader.
- Continuously assess market dynamics, customer needs, and product positioning to inform pricing, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related technical field. (Female/Male)
- 7~9 years of proven experience in Account Management, with a strong relation to contractors, consultants and end users.
- Experience in BMS, HVAC, Control solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with agility and professionalism.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach to achieving goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
