Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance to key clients, aligning digital marketing strategies with their business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality client service.
Oversee the development, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Conduct high-level performance analysis, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and agency leadership.
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine agency processes, contribute to business development, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Manage complex issues and challenges, acting as the final point of resolution for client concerns.
Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Strong leadership qualities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
Exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating complex marketing strategies to diverse stakeholders including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
Proven track record of maintaining and growing client accounts.
Skills Required
