Interested? We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for independently overseeing a portfolio of client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with them. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Essential Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Independently oversee a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, digital team and media planning to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement
- Oversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- Experience in senior living marketing is a plus
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Expert in managing a multi-disciplined team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Proficient in a Mac-based environment, Google Suite, Zoom
- Expertise in project management software and tools (Function Point, Basecamp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
