Senior Account Manager / Account Director - Consumer PR

Our 30-strong team in Germany is spread across Munich and Frankfurt working on global brands such as Uber, Tefal and Twitch

For this role, we are open to candidates based in Frankfurt, Munich, and Düsseldorf metropolitan areas.

Must be business proficient in both English and German (C1 and above)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a consumer lifestyle PR Senior Account Manager or Account Director ideally with some experience across other disciplines such as influencer marketing or digital to join our B2C team. The ideal candidate and have experience working on creative brand & product campaigns and have an interest in technology. You will have proven experience leading on integrated communications campaigns and providing strategic counsel to clients. We're a small team with no egos, so expect to be hands on with delivering coverage, as well as guiding and supporting the teams as needed.

Your greatest assets in this role will be your creativity, your knowledge of the consumer tech and lifestyle industry (including media), and your ability to use strategic insights to produce stand-out brand campaigns.

The core tasks you would be trusted with include:

• Strategic consulting and management of consumer tech clients on national and international levels
• Development of integrated communication campaigns (traditional, digital, influencer)
• Building and maintaining strong media and influencer networks – with a focus on lifestyle and consumer media outlets (print, online, TV, podcasts etc.)
• Contribution to new business through pitches, proposals, and networking
• Line manager for mid/ junior team members
• Managing budgets, timelines, and performance reporting

You would be the ideal match for us if:

• You are a PR expert but have developed experience in other areas of the broader marketing matrix (e.g. influencer marketing, paid digital media, social, strategy/planning)
• You have agency or inhouse experience working on tech or consumer brands
• You have proven experience in media relations and storytelling
• You have strong conceptual skills in developing communication strategies and enjoy strategic planning
• You are knowledgeable on all communications platforms know where trends originate, and proactively apply this knowledge to client work
• You are passionate about the world of technology both in your personal and professional life, and have proven experience using AI tools
• You have experience working in an international environment and can speak business proficient English and German
• You are confident, accountable and have some team leadership experience
• You are proactive and ambitious
• You understand that treating people with respect at all times is not an option
