Applications are invited for the above post in the Catering & SME Accounts team of Business Sales branch. The appointee will have the following key responsibilities:
Major Duties:
- Assess and verify project information against site inspection reports to ensure compliance with incentive programme requirements and facilitate the timely processing of incentive payments
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance through periodic analysis of project results, sales achievements, and key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Analyze sales performance, market intelligence, open data, customer behaviour, and project data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic planning and management decision-making
- Support project closure activities, including evaluation of underperforming projects, and prepare management reports with recommendations for improvement
- Analyse customer consumption patterns, identify key sales drivers, uncover new business opportunities, and develop targeted sales initiatives to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline with a minimum 3 years’ in Sales Operations, Account Management, Business Analysis, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP systems, data visualization tools, and process improvement methodologies would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to analyse sales performance, identify trends, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable business insights to support decision-making and business growth.
- Understanding of CLP Power’s operations, tariffs and Supply Rules is an advantage
Skills Required
- Recognized university degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, Business Analysis, Customer Service, or a related field
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to analyze sales performance, identify trends, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights
