We are looking for a GrabFood Senior Account Manager (Ads Specialist) to drive the initiatives to manage the merchants. We believe a successful candidate has strong knowledge on Ads and SMB Sales business, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we aim to give the best assistance for our merchants and our team to grow in GrabFood. In return, you will get an opportunity to hone your market expertise at GrabFood.
Job Description
The day-to-day Activities:
- Develop and implement innovative digital advertising strategies to effectively promote merchants' offerings both within and outside the app.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of merchants across multiple cities, focusing on meeting their advertising needs with solutions that align with their objectives and drive ad sales.
- Track, analyze, and report on ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, campaign management, and product development, to deliver integrated and cohesive advertising campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously refine advertising strategies.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital advertising, preferably within the online food delivery or e-commerce industry.
- Experience in managing multiple merchant accounts and implementing advertising strategies across various platforms.
- Previous experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In depth understanding in digital advertising platforms like Google and Facebook Ads, and experienced in app-based marketing strategies.
- Proficient in sales with a knack for managing merchant relations and persuading them to invest in digital advertising.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance, with experience in tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Basic understanding with SEO, SEM, PPC ads, and sales tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with merchants, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to present and explain advertising solutions to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Able to efficiently organize and manage multiple campaigns and accounts at once, with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet with merchants and oversee advertising campaigns in different cities.
- Legal and Compliance: Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance related to digital advertising and data privacy.
