LiveIntent is looking for an experienced, energetic, proven Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has advertising sales experience in digital media with a proven track record of winning new business and building relationships. You will be responsible for driving awareness, exposure, and performance strategies through LiveIntent’s offerings. You will be an integral part of our growing sales team on the East Coast. This is a NYC-based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by leveraging established relationships focusing on mid-market while also proactively identifying opportunities to create new and impactful relationships; with a ability to respond to client needs with thoughtful, tailored, and highly effective proposals 
  • Develop robust pipelines and execute a strategic revenue plan that achieves goals and grows market share through relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers at holding companies, agencies, and brands
  • Deliver marketplace feedback and client challenges to improve sales products and create solutions utilizing LiveIntent’s offerings to help drive impact, growth, and meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with teams across the LiveIntent ecosystem to proactively drive the development of new opportunities
  • Serve as an ambassador for our brands in market, clearly explaining our unique value proposition and platform
  • Identify, monitor, and accurately forecast sales activity
  • Partner cross functionally with supporting teams: Account Managers, Optimizers, and Marketing 
  • Use knowledge of the relevant market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years digital advertising sales experience meeting or exceeding quota with an expertise in social media platforms
  • Deep experience working brand direct and not requiring the use of 3rd party DSP pipes to be successful
  • Hands-on experience with ad technologies, such as: Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, measurement vendors (e.g. fraud, viewability, etc.), and data providers
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to anticipate and overcome concerns by positioning value propositions in relation to client needs
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Data-driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to guide multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible, self-starting attitude; able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization

At LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 2 days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday), but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one “Work from Anywhere” week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $85,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $110,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
