Role: Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive in our sales department, you’ll have the chance to:
● Deliver against fiscal and strategic objectives
● Forge and foster relationships with marketing agencies and brands in Maryland, DC, and
Virginia
● Maintain weekly sales forecasting and activity tracking with designated tools and
reporting processes
● Cross-organizational collaboration with Trading, Account Management, and Analytics
teams to deliver on client objectives
● Communicate clearly and confidently to external and internal stakeholders flexing
communication style to persuade and influence positive outcomes
● Identify business challenges, to marry with MiQ solutions, exercising curiosity and
creativity
● Find new and better ways of working, and implement changes for broader team.
What you’ll bring
● 5+ years of experience in digital, programmatic display preferred
● High degree of self-motivation and drive, sufficient to act as an independent business
owner
● Professional verbal and written communication skills
● Strategic thinking skills, looking beyond RFPs to propose plans to meet business
needs/challenges
● Eagerness to work in a startup team environment that is rapidly changing; works well in
a team and believes in “winning together”
● Enthusiasm for new business development
● Agency experience as customer, partner, or employee – client-facing management
agency experience is a bonus
● A can-do attitude, with a dream to grow alongside us
