Who We Are:

We are the only luxury marketing platform that unites data and performance, content and creativity, experiences and communications within one integrated ecosystem.

About our Strategic Communications Division:

We Engineer Influence.

In the Strategic Communications Division, we are the global partners for brands that define categories. Our expertise is singular: integrated communications for luxury, ultra-luxury, and lifestyle.

Our methodology is Magic + Math. This means every creative idea is rooted in a business strategy, and every narrative is designed to deliver a commercial outcome. We are the driving force behind the measurable growth in our clients' audience, leads, engagement, and revenue.

We don't just tell stories; we build business cases that captivate.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Miami-based, bilingual English/Spanish Senior Account Executive to join our Strategic Communications team. This role is ideal for a proactive publicist with agency experience across luxury destinations, hotels, resorts, restaurants and the broader travel and hospitality industry. You will drive earned media, develop compelling stories, manage day-to-day client relationships and provide on-the-ground support for press trips, events and activations, while collaborating with our wider team to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Our Senior Account Executives execute strategic communications programs and serve as trusted day-to-day client contacts across luxury travel, destination, hotel, resort and culinary accounts. This position reports to Tati Basanta, Associate Vice President, and requires regular on-the-ground support in Miami as well as domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute strategic communications plans for luxury destinations, tourism boards, hotels, resorts, restaurants and travel brands.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, meetings, agendas, reports, deadlines and timely communications in English and Spanish.
  • Develop proactive, newsworthy story angles and pitch national travel, culinary, luxury and lifestyle media.
  • Write and edit press releases, pitches, media alerts, itineraries, briefing documents, talking points and other materials.
  • Build and activate relationships with travel and culinary editors, writers, freelancers, producers and influencers.
  • Personally secure meaningful earned coverage across national, regional, trade, broadcast and digital outlets.
  • Identify timely travel, hospitality, destination and dining trends and turn them into relevant media opportunities.
  • Plan and support press trips, FAM visits, media stays, desksides, client events and brand activations, including on-site execution.
  • Support strategic partnerships, influencer initiatives, awards and executive visibility opportunities.
  • Track earned media placements, monitor results and communicate account progress against client goals.
  • Guide junior team members and coordinate deliverables while taking ownership of assigned workstreams.
  • Research clients, competitors, destinations and industry developments to inform creative pitching and strategy.
  • Stay current on the Miami/South Florida hospitality landscape and the national travel and culinary media environment.
  • Manage multiple accounts independently, anticipate needs, resolve day-to-day issues and escalate larger concerns appropriately.

Who You Are

  • Four to six years of PR experience, preferably at an agency representing luxury travel, destinations, hotels, resorts, restaurants or hospitality brands.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to communicate confidently with clients and media in both languages.
  • Established, active relationships with national travel and/or culinary journalists and demonstrated recent earned placements personally secured.
  • Excellent writing, editing, pitching and storytelling skills, with a strong command of professional client communications.
  • Based in Miami/South Florida and available for regular on-site and on-the-ground client support.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts, competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A self-directed, resourceful publicist who proactively identifies opportunities and moves work forward with limited oversight.
  • Comfortable with domestic and international travel for client meetings, press trips, events and activations.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and the confidence to represent clients, partners and the agency.
  • A collaborative, polished, positive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating press trips, media visits, events, partnerships or influencer programs.
  • Knowledge of Miami/South Florida media and hospitality, with a national media mindset; Latin America and Caribbean experience is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues and crisis communications experience are pluses.
