As a Senior Account Executive, you will take on greater responsibility for managing critical projects, and ensuring the smooth running of accounts. You will demonstrate strong written skills, proactivity, autonomy and a commitment to high-quality client service in all that you do.

What you'll do:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships effectively, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality client service.
  • Proactively identify client needs and develop strategic recommendations to achieve their communication goals.
  • Build and develop solid media contacts, write media plans, pitch informed stories and finding relevant news hooks to meet client KPI’s.
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills across different media/communication methods, all to a very high standard, demonstrating an understanding of the differences in style, tone and content.
  • Strong understanding of administrative and financial functions of account handling and demonstrate awareness of client budgetary implications.
  • Understand commercial aspects of managing client accounts and support senior team on making accounts profitable.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, proactively seeking guidance and support from senior colleagues.
  • Stay informed and educated on AI training; explore how AI can be utilized in your role, adhering to WPP guidelines and best practices.

  • Creative flair with a passion for storytelling across channels and a strong understanding of the media landscape 
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting client accounts and contributing to campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and diligence no matter the task 
  • Ambition, with a true team spirit, ready to lead by example alongside a desire to be part of a successful and energetic team
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills, delivering ideas with confidence and impact to clients, media and internally within Burson
