Jones Knowles Ritchie (JKR) is a branding business, founded in 1990 and proudly independent ever since.

We started out in the world of packaging, but now we’re worldwide; from three founders, to more than 320 of us across the UK and USA. Together, we build and deliver brands across the entire consumer experience.

But even more important than what we do, is why we do it. We’re here to inspire brands and people to be their true selves. To be brave. Be tenacious. And above all, be yourself. Because we believe that’s the only way to truly be distinctive, everywhere.

We are keen to talk to Senior 3D Motion Designer candidates who desire leading by example and delivering technically excellent, beautifully crafted 3D motion work that brings brands and products to life with real-world authenticity.

As a Senior 3D Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D motion content across brand and product work. You will be the team's specialist in realistic 3D animation, product visualisation, materials, lighting and simulation.

You will bring a strong technical foundation combined with a sharp creative eye, producing work that pushes creative excellence. You will also stay across emerging AI tools and help shape how the team integrates them into production workflows.

As a Senior within the motion team, you will set a high bar for craft and help develop the skills of those around you.
