Senior 3D Artist / Generalist

About the Role:

We seek a talented and versatile 3D Artist / Generalist to join our dynamic development team of Rock Stars. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, modeling, texturing, and animating assets for immersive environments. Your creative skills and technical expertise will be crucial in bringing our virtual worlds to life, ensuring they captivate and engage our players.

Your Team:

You will be a crucial member of a collaborative immersive experiences’ development team. Our team thrives on creativity and innovation. We are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of immersive technologies by constantly developing already launched branded experiences on the platform.

You will work closely with other 3D artists, product designers, project managers, developers, and external creative team partners to create high-quality assets and animations that enhance the gaming experience and shape the incredible virtual world we are building together.

What You Will Do:

• Asset Creation: Design 3D models for Immersive environments, including characters, buildings, props, natural elements, fantasy edition virtual a, apparel, and more.
• Texturing and Shading: Develop detailed textures and materials to enhance the visual appeal of your 3D models.
• Animation: Create non-code-based animations for both environmental elements and characters to bring the immersive worlds to life.
• Optimization: Ensure assets are optimized for performance on the immersive environments, balancing quality and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers and developers to integrate assets into the game engines and maintain a cohesive visual style.
• Feedback and Iteration: Respond to feedback from team members and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible results.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance on best practices for asset creation and integration.

What You Need:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation, preferably in immersive technologies development.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D. Proficiency with texturing tools like Substance Painter or similar.
• Immersive technologies expertise: Familiarity with the Immersive environments and its asset creation pipelines.
• Artistic Skills: Strong artistic ability with a keen eye for detail, composition, and color.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of optimization techniques for experience assets.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, texturing, and animation work, particularly for immersive environments.

What is Nice to Have:

• Scripting Knowledge: Basic understanding of visual scripting languages for asset integration and manipulation within immersive technologies.
• Marketing Experience: Experience working with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Generative AI Tools: Proficiency with additional creative AI tools that speed up design processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding current trends and best practices in Immersive technologies development.
• Passion for Immersive Technologies: A passion for interactive and a commitment to creating engaging and innovative immersive experiences.
