¿Que estamos buscando? 

Buscamos un estudiante Sena en gestión Administrativa o carreras afines El candidato debe tener conocimientos básicos de atención al cliente, comunicación telefónica, manejo de correspondencia y software de ofimática. 

Apoyo a recepción, facturas, vistantes, mantenimiento, gestión rutas mensajero, llamadas y pagos 

Requerimos una persona responsable, proactiva, organizada y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.  

   

  

Responsabilidades 

  • Mantener la recepción ordenada  
  • Recepción de visitantes 
  • Responder preguntas y atender quejas 
  • Responder todas las llamadas entrantes y derivarlas o dejar mensajes 
  • Recibir cartas, paquetes, etc. y distribuirlos 
  • Asistir en labores administrativas y de oficina según sea requerido. 

Competencias 

  • Conocimiento básico Excel 
  • Manejo de software de ofimática  
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de atención al cliente y comunicación telefónica 
  • Capacidad de manejo de correspondencia y documentos 
  • Responsabilidad y compromiso con el trabajo 
  • Proactividad e iniciativa para resolver problemas 
  • Organización y atención al detalle 
  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo
