We’re seeking a talented Mid-Level Designer with a strong focus on design systems who understands that great design is more than just aesthetics—it’s about creating seamless, engaging experiences that meet client needs. This role requires solid UI/product design skills and an ability to establish and maintain cohesive design systems that support consistency and scalability across projects. Reporting to the Design Team Lead, you’ll work within a team that values strategic thinking, prototyping, and iterative design. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to refine their skills, contribute to impactful projects, and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative or design role, with a strong emphasis on design systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, concept development, high-quality digital design, and experience with design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working within a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Execution & Systems Thinking:
    Contribute to the creative direction and execution of design projects with a focus on building and enhancing design systems. Ensure all design work aligns with project goals, brand standards, and the broader system architecture. Collaborate with the Design Team Lead to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables.
  • Concept Development:
    Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions, offering ideas that contribute to the design system and overall project vision. Work with the team to bring concepts to life, ensuring they are innovative, on-brand, and scalable within the system.
  • Design Production & Iteration:
    Create and refine design components and elements that fit within the larger system, meeting project requirements and contributing to a cohesive visual experience. Incorporate feedback and iterate designs to align with client and team direction, with a focus on system adaptability.
  • Project Support & Quality Assurance:
    Support the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables align with the design system and maintain quality and consistency. Provide regular updates and collaborate closely with team members to adhere to project timelines and standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work alongside Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers to ensure design efforts align with broader project goals and technical requirements. Be open to feedback from different perspectives to achieve high-quality, system-consistent results.
  • Client Interaction Support:
    Join client meetings alongside the Design Team Lead as needed, helping to articulate and present design choices and the rationale behind system components. Understand client needs to ensure design solutions.
